Orders and payment

An order is subject to availability and acceptance. Please check your selected books, delivery address, and total before paying. We may need to decline or cancel an order where there is an error, suspected fraud, or a stock or delivery issue.

Once payment is completed, customer cancellation is not available. See our Returns and refunds page for the limited cases in which we consider a return or refund.

Product information

We aim to show accurate book descriptions, prices, and images. Minor differences in cover, edition, print, colour, or publisher-supplied details may occur. We may correct errors or update information without notice.

Please keep your email address, mobile contact number, and order details accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping access to your devices secure.
